We thought, according to their website, that their was a transportation vehicle to take you anywhere within one mile.We were told they didn't know anything about that.This was an important feature to us, that upon showing up, they didn't have it.

The temperature of the room was frigid. Called front desk and it took an hour for anyone to come. They could not fix the problem so they shut the unit down completely. They were going to come the following day to repair or replace. We left the following morning.

The property is very nice and the staff was excellent. However, I asked for a room with a balcony not by the parking lot and they gave one on the 1st floor by the parking lot. Was not happy about that. They also didn't replenish coffee, tea, sugar every day. I had to go and get extras every morning.

The breakfast they offered was overpriced. We couldn't eat there. They also didn't have complimentary coffee for guest in the lobby. We had to leave early for the Keys and they had nothing available for guest other than 1 cup each of coffee in our rooms. It seems the niceness of staying at this hotel didn't exist. We ate at local places that were priced reasonable with excellent food and staff.

The hotel and staff were great. However, we did not have any hot water for a day which was very inconvenient. It was fixed the next day but there was no adjustment on the price per stay and at $400 a night, I would have expected an adjustment for the lack of hot water.
