The lanai overlooks a tranquil waterway lined with palm trees, giving you a striking view as you swim in the heated saltwater pool or luxuriate in the hot tub. With all the pool toys that come with the house, the only way to get the kids out of the water is to fire up the gas grill and serve a poolside barbeque on tables with cozy wicker chairs.

The house comes with a dock you can use for your boat or jet ski or simply as a place to dangle your feet in the water and spend a little quality time with your new neighbors, the seabirds and jumping fish.

Inside, modern comfort meets tropical color, with stylish dark leather sofas and chairs sitting alongside lush indoor palms and ferns. Sunlight streams through arched windows, brightening the coral-hued tile with natural light.

The kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve meals on a glass table with a lanai view or a more formal dinner table beside an arched window.

Each bedroom offers a television along with ample closet and drawer space, and the master suite features a rattan bedroom set and sliding door access to the lanai.

No comfort or convenience is overlooked in this house. You’ve got air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, a big screen television in the living room, and a washer and dryer. The house also provides beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and beach towels.

People drive from all over to visit Tigertail Beach, but you’re just a walk from its warm turqoise waters, mangroves, and silken white sands. Go exploring on stand-up paddleboards, kayaks or water trikes. Wade in tide pools in search of colorful shells. Or lie back and watch dolphins frolic in the surf.
