Tuesday 1/14/25 I came from NJ After an 11.5 hour ride was greeted after waiting 25 minutes at front desk yelling hello hello for 25 min. Woman finally greeted me with 0 friendliness. She was rude. I had cash to pay and was told no cash and next to girl behind me also waiting. Then made me put $50 hold. Total of $194 for a room that was not clean, had no shampoo. 1 bar of soap. She also asked who was I staying with. I came down a hour after arrival to ask if I could get a snack the same woman upon arrival was there and said “no alcohol!!!” I do not drink so not sure what that was all about. None of her business really! I came from NJ to SC to pick up puppy. Still have not received the $50 hold on my Apple Pay. I charged 0 to room and I was in room less than 10 hours. For the money I paid I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel. The women who checked me out in am was extremely friendly.
