A young woman at the front desk worked so hard to get us the room we had originally reserved. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves serious kudos. Southern hospitality that should make her employer proud.

Great staff…really good breakfast. My only issue was with the TV…the internet would not stay connected to it and we were unable to stream (Netflix, Amazon, etc)…and there was no CNN offered / was Fox News everything.

Good location
Driving home from the beach and stopped here to split up the drive. Great location, many places to shop and eat nearby. Breakfast was good and staff was nice

I booked the wrong dates by accident and immediately caught my mistake, I contacted Expedia by their chat since no phone number was provided and tried to change the date to right one but they wanted to charge me double the rate. I called the property itself to get their help but was told it had to be done through Expedia so I attempted again to get in touch with an actual person only to be told through chat again that I’d have to call the property, I called them again and was told they couldn’t do anything since it was booked through Expedia. I tried to request cancellation and to get my money back since no one wanted to help me, they said they sent a message to the property directly and would let me know in 24hours and then at that 24hrs they sent text saying no answer and to allow it another 72 hours and I never heard another thing from anyone. At first, I planned to stay there on the correct date but because no one would help me fix my error I booked somewhere else close and lost over $225 dollars for a honest mistake, though yes, it was my mistake, someone should have been able to help me and not charge me double the rate I had already paid. Very disappointing experience with Expedia and this property. I’ll never book anything through Expedia again.
