Everything was good the only thing I didn’t care for they had cats all over in the lobby. The receptionist attended the cats instead of focusing on checking us in properly.

Could not take a shower, absolutely no cold water told the staff and they said they already had it on a list but rented us the room anyway. The lock on our door did not lock, but we did have a Security lever otherwise you could just push the door open from the Lever wasn’t pulled across the door. Establishment did not lock the outside door.
