Good price for the accommodations. My only comment is that the room smelled as if it were once a smoking room. We aired it out each time we went in.

I've stayed here three times in the last two months, and kept coming back because it was such a pleasant experience. The location is great - just off the highway, a good range of dining options nearby, as well as grocery stores, and easy access to downtown while not being in the thick of it. It's right next to SOU campus, so it's a good option for family visiting students. It's also incredibly quiet. I've stayed on both the front (street) and back sides, and never heard the road. The rooms are a bit older, but are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful and the check-in/out process has always been fast. For check out, you can either text or just drop off your cards. Looking forward to my next stay!

We liked the property and the employees that worked there. It is clean and convenient. The only think that was an issue was we were put in a room in the front of the hotel and the road noise in conjunction with the cross walk signal talking all night was frustrating. I am sure a room in the back building would have been more relaxing.

Nice low cost alternative for staying in Ashland. The pool was nice and not used heavily. The facility overall is a little old...but I liked it.

The staff was nice, but the accommodations were substandard. The TV was in the corner of the room and could not be viewed easily. The picture was blurry. The breakfast was bad. There were few options. It had good reviews, rated as wonderful. I don't know what is wonderful about it.

Comfortable room. Got to spend some time in the pool area which was a nice set up with loungers, umbrella table and a fire pit table. Breakfast was very simple but easy for on the go.
