Excellent experience staying in Zamzam Pullman Madina in all aspects specially proximity to the haram and easy access. Staff are friendly, helpful and supportive. Definitely I will stay here with my family again on our next trip to Madina Insha Allah.

Please Beware of booking this Hotel as I had very bad experience with My reservation. I paid around 200$ per night while the rate for that night online was 130$ . When I arrived at the property they shared that since I had entered data for only one person name so my wife wont get Breakfast. This was so ridiculous that even Expedia people called them to explain that but They never listened and asked for 83 SAR for adding one breakfast . This was so bad and not a hospitality you expect for a five star hotel.
