Let’s just say, we booked the hotel for a one-night stay and we didn’t even stay the night because of how uncomfortable this hotel room was. What a waste of nearly $200.

Home2Suites was the least expensive option but still pretty pricey considering the quality of service and accommodations. But… we’ve stayed at many Home2Suites before and have always had a good experience.
We paid $175 for ONE night. We arrived a little after 10:00 pm after spending time with our family. As we walked up to our room the first thing we noticed was the hallway smelled like weed. To add insult to injury, we called down to ask someone to bring us more pillows and we were told we needed to walk down because there was only one person manning the desk. When we got downstairs, there were two people there. You’re telling me one person couldn’t have taken two minutes to make a guest more comfortable??
