The room was clean and modern. Great location. The staff were very friendly. One suggestion would be that, during the check in/check out process, they inform you that your credit card was initially charged an additional $50, in addition to room charge. Any credit will take 3-5 business days. The guest folio, printed at check out, did not show the amount already charged at check in or the credit amount that would be processed.

I booked Junior Room, 1 King Bed with Sofa Bed, City View, Corner, for two nights. It was good and clean except for the bed, It had some debris on it coming from the AC vent, I just dusted it away. Next day after room service finished cleaning, I noticed same debris on the bed and the Shower Gel bottle was totally empty. I called the front desk and they sent room service to take care of that. I have pictures of the bed, but I don't have the option to upload it here.
