Good place to stay for families. Pool and waterslide were in good, clean condition. Ask for pool towels at the front desk though. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean.

National hotel chain that never lived up to their
Twice I called the front desk about a banging noise resound through the hotel. First time they told me they would send someone by, it never happened so I could not prove it was reoccurring every twenty to thirty seconds beginning about 8:: A.M. I visitited they front desk on our way out on the second complaint they told me they would send the maintence guy to check it out. There was not report back to me as to the origin of the noise.upon checking out after our threeday visit there was still no explanation. We have stayed at this hotel for the last three years at the same Timeof year and I wil reconsider my hotel choice next year.

Beautiful facility. We stayed in room 219 and each time entering the room there was an odour which the fan and air system did not make disappear. We felt it was cause by the carpet in the room. I would like to see the carpet removed and replaced by a type of clock flooring. The only other suggestion I have is to provide real glasses in the room. The paper cups do not cut it. When I pay $250/ night +tax I am not impressed with paper cups. Lovely breakfast. Likewise at breakfast I would appreciate real and not plastic cutlery. We had a good stay and liked the hotel. I would give it another try.

Great Hotel with excellent facilities, and convenient layout. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable! Waterslide was a hit with the kids! Breakfast had great selection, with your typical buffet options. All the facilities felt spacious and comfortable!
