I was shocked by the overwhelming feeling of being among friends. The 5-7pm food and drinks offered were a great opportunity to relax and meet new friends, not what I intended. I was shocked and delightfully surprised. I find myself looking first for a Drury Inn everywhere I go.

Clean and modern. Fitness room was lacking but did the trick. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There’s an amazing BBQ restaurant across the street, and gas, fast food and the highway are all right there. Definitely a safe and modern option for Memphis.

The young man with a ponytail was extremely polite to the pilot that was checking in and held great conversation with him in the process. I would have liked to experience the same, however, he was very short with me which came off as rude and bias. But everything was an enjoyable experience and we would return again, hopefully for a better check-in experience.

Our family stayed one night while traveling back home. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options. It is also close to Graceland and Beale Street. This is a great hotel if you want to visit Memphis. We would stay again.

The location is a huge plus when or families stay at Drury due to closeness to Baptist hospital Southaven . The lobby is usually kept clean . This trip began by us arriving prior to check in and were not offered anywhere to leave our luggage while we went on to run errands and return for check in. Once we headed to our room we were slipping on puddles of water from where we assumed were left by swimmer near entrance and exit to the 4th floor . Once we got into our room we noticed the beds actually looked as if someone had been resting on them . Made up sloppy. The room was extra cold and ac was set on 75 . We attended to turn it up while we ran back to errands . The floors at elevators were still puddled with water an hour later. We returned 6 hours later to a still extra cold room and called the desk to request blankets . about an hour later, a gentleman arrived carrying four sets of sheets and said there were no blankets to be found that these were all they had. I took the sheets from as the pillowcases were dropping to the floor and separated out the fitted sheets from the flat sheets and thanked him . The next morning, as we exited the building, I noticed a lot of trash around the exit areas at the doorways. I’ve never seen this in a Drury before and was almost appalled.. Surprised to say the least. I called the hotel myself In the early afternoon and again requested blankets and was assured there would be some in our room . We stayed that night with a lot of noise
