Toilet leaked water, staff was stingy when asking for clean towels Stayed for 4 nights and never had our beds turned over or garbage taken out. Not worth the money they try to charge. The tv didn't work.

My toilet did not flush! i let front desk know and they never sent anyone to fix it. This was a very disappointing stay for me. Either get new management who cares. or shut the place down this is unacceptable living conditions

The bed was very comfortable. The room was not thoroughly cleaned more like 5 minute speed cleaning missing items on the floor and collected dust. Curtains had stains. A broken chair was pushed in the corner by the bed. Microwave did not work but the nice housekeeping guy switched it out with the room across the hall. The carpet from the front door all the way to the rooms was filthy dirty nasty. Need to invest in a carpet cleaner. A can of paint will go a long ways. The property manager should do walk throughs to take notes of the discrepancies. If they take more pride in the facility, then it could increase its ratings. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Nasty, uncleaned old food on the floor, dirty mirrors, and windows, spiderwebs, unclean linen. Breakfast was cold coffee, and different types of bread. This place should have never been listed on your website. may never use expedia again after this experience. I definitely have pictures. Horrible place to sleep!
