The hotel was great & we loved that the hotel was separate from the casino. And it was very clean, very well appointed. The only issue was that the mattress weren't very comfortable, but everything wise was great.

Receptionist did not do any eye contact upon check in. Outdated amenities like bathroom and even the drapes. Lampshades switch is loose. Have to leave the hotel to get to restaurants and casino.

We had a decent stay here, however the room we were in was next to the gym and you can hear everything. We were woken up at 5 in the morning by someone lifting wieghts and dropping the dumbells and then you could hear them running on the treadmill as well. So I wouldnt recomment staying in a room next to the gym. And the toilets were so low to the ground, practially childrens height along with no fan in the bathroom so when you showered it felt like a sauna in there and you get sweaty right after getting out of the shower. Otherwise its a nice hotel, you feel safe, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at the Eureka to check in and were told that our room would be a double queen bed room, which we disputed and told them that we had reservations for a Deluxe King bed. We then ask for some sort of refund for the room we had pre-paid, we were told that since we had booked with a third party the only thing they would do is put us in a pool-view double Queen room.Twice they said it was because we booked thru a third party. I'm sorry but that shouldn't make a difference!
