The only two staff members that where kind was the check in lady and the maintenance gentleman that help fix the lock of our room they rest of the stuff was extremely rude and the night staff front desk wouldn’t listen to your complaints that the room was dirty and appliances wasn’t working & they said they knew and hang up on you

The cleanliness of my room and the hotel was not up to par. The free breakfast in the morning was unappetizing and seemed to not be enough for the amount of guests booked. One good thing about the hotel was the location there was restaurants, within walking distance and stores.

Wasn’t happy for the first time with Hotel.com

This was nothing next to or on the dolphin mall. I wasn’t excited and my wife thought this was a super cheap place. It wasn’t. My worst stay in 8 years. Doral is suppose to be very nice !!! This hotel looks like it was made in the 80’s. Very old skool

A very tired interior, rooms were a good size but very poor quality interiors - with a battered sofa bed, and tired polyester bedding. Breakfast was included and a complete shambles - there was not enough seating, people were pushing for food and the queue to get coffee was 15 minutes. Don't waste your time!
