If I could upload pictures, I would do not under any circumstance book this hotel room. The area is safe. The sleeping conditions were very unsafe. Hotels.com honestly needs to take this off their website. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the whole building really needs to be shut down.

I for real want a refund because I was not about to stay in a hotel with bed bugs and that smells like death when you walk in. Absolutely unacceptable. I honestly cannot believe this hotelis listed on expedia. They're scamming like crazy.

The carpets were sticky the curtains were stained. Bed broke. Tv didn’t work. No WiFi. Absolutely filthy hotel. Charged extra for dog when this was not told in advance. Tried to cancel and was told no.
