STAFF WAS NOT RESPONSIVE TO HILTON HONORS MEMBERS AND OFFERED ZERO INCENTIVES WITH EXCEEDINGLY HIGH VALET PARKING FEES. ROOM WITH NO VIEW FOR TOP PRICE. WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT VALET STAFF STATED THEY HAVE NO CONTROL BECAUSE THEY ARE 3rd PARTY OWNERSHIP. THAT’S NOT FORTHRIGHT BECAUSE HILTON CREATES THE CONTRACT AND THEY ARE ABLE TO STIPULATE EXCEPTIONS AND CONDITIONS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IGNORED AT EMPTY CHECK IN DESK. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

It was very comfortable, the restaurant had yummy food, the pool was great alone with the bartenders and the DJ!! Some of the front desk employees weren’t too pleasant and seemed easily annoyed by just by asking them questions. But overall everything was great will definitely stay again!!

The staff at the front desk were not particularly friendly. The valet staff were though. We found a roach in the bathroom and there was a cut out in the wall near the toilet. It was pretty strange. I wouldn’t recommend the food at the restaurant, it was pretty mid.

The room was large! The downfall was the wad of hair in the shower drain. I cleaned it up and told the concierge about it. There was a weird noise all throughout the night that sounded like different tones of a vacuum cleaner turning on and off repeatedly throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep. The last complaint I have is that the room service started servicing our neighbor rooms at 7 in the morning while my wife and I were trying to sleep. They were talking very loudly and slamming doors. Definitely won’t be coming back again.

We had to move rooms three times. Never have I had to do this sliding door didn’t lock and sink was totally stopped up. He took it apart had black gunk everywhere. Had to move us. We repacked everything and moved our self then next room bathtub was disgusting we moved our self again no furniture on balcony. The employees were very nice. Beds were great the only thing that turned out good.
