I had an amazing stay at the East hotel, which has quickly become my favorite spot in the Brickell Miami area! From the moment I checked in, Ellie at the front desk made sure everything was perfect, and her warm hospitality really stood out. The poolside experience was exceptional, giving off VIP vibes with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the East exceeded my expectations once again, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Miami.

Check-in was kind of painful because the room keys didn't work and we had to go down and get new ones 4 times. It still didn't work, so we had to switch rooms after having unpacked everything including groceries. Other than that, everything was excellent.
