This is our go to pre-cruise. Stay in Miami. We love the Brickell area. The staff at the Hampton Inn is always wonderful. The rooms are clean. The staff is very courteous very kind and helpful.

On checking in we were welcomed with a couple of cold drinks and crisps which was unexpected. We were also given two vouchers for a free drink at the bar due to the pool being closed. The checkin was excellent and the member of staff was very friendly. In reaching our room it was spacious and extremely clean. During our stay we had no trouble with noise from outside, but on one night we had a noisy neighbour next door, the hotel security/staff when informed sorted this within minutes. Breakfast though similar everyday with variations was enjoyable and started the day for us around Miami. Checkout was straight forward with no issues, overall an enjoyable 10 night stay and we would stay again if visiting Miami.
