The stay was nice. We didn’t have a view from the patio since it was obstructed by the huge wall. The WiFi wasn’t as good. The room was very clean , bathroom as well. Beautiful hotel.

Great place to stay if you want to be walking distance from the main eating areas and shopping center in Brickell. Everything was so convenient. The pool was clean and had beautiful views. Overall, great experience!

Nobody smiles. Staff seemed burdened by having to do their jobs. Could never reach front desk for any requests. Requested late check out then housekeeping pounded on door and entered telling me to check out, tried to communicate that I had late check out but they barely spoke english. Rude as well.

The hotel manager entered try to enter our room without any consent, just because. When we asked him about it, he was rude & said that “he can do whatever he wants with his property” he proceed to le us know he didn’t care if we felt unsafe and told us to book another hotel. Very poor service :(

I liked the hotel. We had a problem with the TV, only audio. I made the report just arriving, the day after, and again the second day. Never had a solution. I spoked with the manager when I made check out. She apologized, and waived the parking fee. Anywhere, I will never will go back to this hotel.
