Property was very clean and bathroom very spacious. They also had a Cuban restaurant in the premises. The view was absolutely amazing and Orlando which was the person who helped us was very friendly and helpful!! He basically offered us a room with better view. Someone else wouldn’t even try to offer anything

Upon entering the lobby I found Orlando to be exceptionally welcoming and he answered all my questions. He is an excellent ambassador for Hyatt. I luv the rooftop pool and the coffee available as of 630 am on the 2nd floor.

The hotel is pretty cool, but the main room is kinda small, though it's cozy. It's in a great spot, close to restaurants and the beach. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and the restaurant. The food was awesome and really tasty. One bummer is the swimming pool closes too early.
