Overall we had a great time staying here for the pre-Christmas holiday. The city view is fantastic. The beach is one of the best we ever visited. Some details are not perfect, e.g., there was a slow leakage under the sink, but we were able to live with it.

We loved it so much that after staying two nights we decided to book another two nights in a different room. Don’t listen to the bad reviews it’s was amazing and the view was absolutely breathtaking. 10/10 will be coming back for sure

Nice resort, valet parking was easy and convenient. We were on the 7th floor oceanfront. Would recommend being on 15th floor of above as there was significant noise from restaurant below both music and fans/ac machines in their roof. Great view, nice beach. Beach chairs weee convenient but they jammed them all very close so not much privacy on beach.

Booked this suite for a weekend of much needed R&R. I was a bit disappointed at with not having a king bed in the other room like the booking said but overall the suite is beautiful and spacious. The view from the balcony was everything and watching the sunrise

Valley was absolutely horrendous to me I actually need to call and speak to a manager about this matter. I asked for a bell hop and they wouldn’t even give me the cart I checked in late and had to carry my belongings to the 35 floor I understand people get cut from their shift but I would of tipped anyone to help me.. there is more to it but that was extremely disappointing. I’d love to stay again but something has to be done about that vallet! Trying to ask for help I was being ignored they brought me the wrong car not once but twice!!
