Definitely love the view of the Bay from our room. The decor was posh and every details were on point. The only reasons to return to the hotel was the check-in time at 3pm and checkout time at 12pm. Let's talk about the stuff that probably needs the hotel's attention. The parking! There is no self-parking. Only valet. The closet parking with 30 dollar per day rate was 3 blocks away. Valet parking costs 65 USD per night. Next on the list, noise. There is very little sound insulation against the roaring thundering bonanza from airplane. Imagine getting woken up at 3am by roaring airplan eenginee although I was at the 11th floor only. Next on the list. Shower water temperature is lukewarm at best. Next on the list. Weird noises around the room. Sometimes I wonder if it were haunted. Probably due to old freezers. I don't know. But the bed was comfy at least.

Truly wonderful hotel. We were here for a night before boarding the cruise. It’s clean and fresh. The only hickup- bagels were hard/not fresh at the breakfast buffet. We will stay again!

We liked the Starbucks off the lobby. And CVS was just two blocks away. The room setup was comfortable, clean and well laid out so there’s never a pile of clutter. The linen and beds made for a good night sleep. Even the bathroom felt spacious with places to put your toiletries separate from the sink and hooks to hang towels. The hotel seemed to sparkle. We were also upgraded to a water view and high floor. Ernesto welcomed us on arrival and got us in pretty quickly. We would stay here again.
