I liked the accommodations very much but since it is not a hotel they do not have a restaurant or even a coffee shop. You can use the full kitchen to make whatever you like as there is everything you need in the apartment.

Good choice for family travel

I rented 2 units. The ocean view unit with balcony is fantastic! The city view, no balcony unit, has a futon bed in living room which is not as comfortable as a pull out sofa bed. Everything is as described. Decor and kitchen items are tasteful and new. Wish they would provide more than 2 keys per unit; it is a hassle with 4 people. I appreciated the accommodation for a late check out (with fee) and having a restaurant in building next door. Very nice pool areas, gym and pool table. Overall, a good choice if you need a kitchen, yet plenty of eating options walking distance.

Our stay at the Monte Carlo was Amazing. My family and I stayed for 5 days during the 4th of July week and watched the Drone and forework show from the beach. The kitchen and refrigerator, stove and othe utensils were a must for that long of a stay. Liked the chairs and umbrellas on the beach that were provided everyday as well. The property was very laidback and everone was very nice. Vallet service was great. Five star stay for us.

I loved the Monte Carlo I stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday June 28 2024 and it was amazing the balcony with beautiful ocean views the free bottle of wine the spacious rooms clean smelling good the bed was like hugging me so comfortable I can't say enough thank you so much😘

Miami North Beach Stay

We had a lovely corner condo owned by the property mgt co. Stocked with beach and bath towels. Kitchen pots and pans very scratched and not safe to cook with IMO. The tray of snacks were perfect. The balcony gave us a beautiful view. The w/d let us clean towels each night for the beach. Easy to get chairs and umbrella. Drinks and food on the beach from the cafe next door. Pricey but convenient. No one enforced the no smoking law which was disappointing. Several of the machines in the gym were broken and it was closed the last two days of our stay. Desk staff polite and helpful. Very easy to buy late checkout to match our departing flight. We would go back.
