Specifically asked desk staff about making shuttle arrangements for the next day. I was told to show up 30 minutes prior to my desired departure time. I showed up at 4:56 for a 5:30 shuttle and was told that there wouldn't be one then and to come back at 5:30 and he would call and see if he could get one. So much for the free 24-hour shuttle. We took Uber.

Decent place to stay. They offer a shuttle to Miami airport. Stayed here 2 separate nights. Did breakfast the first night. Wasn’t worth the steep price in my opinion. We just door dashed the second stay. Had issues with outlets working in the second room. But overall clean and would consider booking again

Hurricane refuge
We had to flee hurricane Milton and stayed here. This hotel accepted us and our dog with such kindness. I never saw so many dogs in one hotel ever and they never showed that they were bothered by it. The hotel itself was beautiful. We felt like we were on vacation instead of worried about our homes. We intend to come back for a real vacation soon.

Close to Airport
Arrived at Miami. Called hotel for shuttle. Recording said to exit arrivals and wait for shuttle as it runs constantly. Waited 30 minutes and no shuttle. Policeman said shuttles only pickup on departure level. Went upstairs and finally caught shuttle. Complained to receptionist about incorrect info on recording. He said recording is out of date and needs updating. Well why doesn't somebody update it instead of giving out erroneous info. How long does it take to update the recording, only a few minutes I would think. Should have more regard for their guests. Once at hotel check in was fast and room was comfortable.
