The situation with having to check-in in another building and having to walk to park your vehicle was not great. Plus, one of the keys did not work. OK for the price. Took advantage of the free public transportation, trolley, and it worked great. There was also many shops and restaurants nearby.

There was a mould smell in whole room, we realized it was coming out of ac. So we slept with ac off and windows open to not get sick. Check ac filters for better and comfortable experience.

They gave us a free upgrade to a suite and it was very clean and spacious. They have three buildings close together with 2 pools to use and free drinks 5-6pm at the Oceanside Hotel building. We got off a cruise ship early and arrived at 10:30 am. We knew check in was at 3 pm but after lounging around the pool for a little while they had a room for us and allowed early check in. Definitely will book again. Randy

The Seaside hotel was so disgusting we couldnt even sit on the bed to make other reservations. There was blood on the bathroom door knob and door frame. All the electrical outlets had roach repellent on them. The floors had hair and dust bunnies in every corner. The metal gate to enter the property was hanging on by one hinge. This property was quite literally the most unclean, unsafe place I had ever seen. Obviously we didn't stay! DO NOT RECCOMEND
