This was a lovely hotel just one block from the beach. Staff could tell I had a problem with stairs so allowed me to use the lift usually only for baggage. The breakfast was great. Lovely pastries and coffee and tea. And anything else you would want.

The property is very well maintained and the room was clean and nice with a huge bathroom. We had dropped our bags off earlier in the day and came back in the afternoon to find that they had left them in the out in the open lobby all day, very poor security/service. They didn't act like this was unusual. The overnight front desk clerk was helpful when we checked out very early in the morning. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, bars and the beach.

We loved the hotel decoration. Very well located and easy to move around. Many restaurants around. The staff was so nice and friendly. We spend my birthday there and they decorated the room and gave us a cake and a bottle of wine. We highly recommend this hotel and when we go back to Miami we will stay again there for sure. Special thanks to Gus, Ariel, Roy, Carolina, Omar and Braian for making our time in Shepleys hotel amazing.

Amazing little boutique hotel. Outside was a little interesting, as it looks “outdated”, but once you got inside, everything was picturesque. We were only there for one night before our cruise, but would love to stay again and enjoy the Miami Beach and South Beach areas for a longer stay.
