The staff were lovely and very helpful, when we told them the rooms air conditioning wasn’t working staff came to see and got us a fan. Unfortunately the room was to hot even with the fan the staff gave us.

The restaurant was out of several things and had a broken coffee machine. In our room, the a/c and fan didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush either; it had a broken handle. We informed the front desk and they confirmed they were broken and offered no other assistance.

No mercy for seniors
Booked online, 30 seconds after hitting ok, saw that it was the wrong day. Called the hotel immediately but they said “rules are rules” and opted to keep our money. I can’t help but think that an exceptional manager would have seen an opportunity for great PR, having shown mercy on a senior couple hoping to celebrate their 55th anniversary. Instead they received then opposite.
