Beautiful 3bd/3ba Villa~Walking distance to Baytowne Village, Free Activities

This beautiful ground floor Turnberry Villa located in the Emerald Coast's Largest Golf & Beach Resort is spacious and very comfortable with almost 2,100 square feet of living space, painted and decorated in serene and relaxing colors.

The kitchen offers everything you'll need if you feel like putting on a grand dinner for yourselves or to entertain friends and family. The Living room with the flat screen TV, overlooks the lake toward the pool. The master bedroom features a king with its own bathroom. The second bedroom has one king bed and two queen beds are in the third bedroom sleeping 8 in total. This vacation home features comfortable pillows, linens, towels and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. (Both king beds have new mattresses)

Off the backyard lake you may fish without a license for catch and release, just bring your own pole. There's plenty of privacy as well as peace and quiet in the Turnberry neighborhood. The Turnberry Villas include a community pool with gazebo, chairs, changing and rest rooms and it is just a short drive to the white sandy beaches. The Turnberry's are surrounded by fishing lakes, and is close to exciting Baytowne Village with its restaurants, live entertainment and activities and the exclusive area Marina. There is something for every one of all ages from family” movies on the green” to concerts and nightlife of dancing and family fun. You can play on the beach all day and then party at the near-by Bayside Village all night.

Family Vacation

The only small complaint would be the patio area needed cleaning and a grill be available. All other was wonderful and would recommend and rent again. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Loved the location and the condo

We were very impressed with this condo. Very clean and well furnished. Walking distance to Baytowne Wharf (shopping, dining, drinks etc). The view from all the rooms are spectacular! We will definitely return to this gem.

Absolutely loved sitting outside on the patio...it was private and fun to watch the fish jump and turtles swim. A little gem we found was the rooftop bar at the Effie Hotel - within walking distance. Nicely furnished with plenty of room. Only thing that could be improved is a good washing of the tile floor.

A home away from home

Pros-The location was great the views were beautiful every room had a beautiful view. We really enjoyed coffee and fishing right outside. It was specious, we would stay again. Cons: The floors were dirty. It was obvious the floors had not been mopped and I had to vacuum the rooms with carpet. Not quite how I wanted to begin my vacation. Property did not have a golf cart that would have been great. Overall - We would love to stay there again.

Excellent stay in Sandestin!

We had a fantastic stay with our daughter, son in law, and two young grandchildren over the Memorial Day weekend. Everything was very clean upon our arrival, and the check in process was easy. This condo is well located, walkable to the activities and restaurants in Baytowne, but also quiet and private. The pool is so convenient, just steps away; and we spent a lot time on the covered back patio enjoying the cool breeze coming off of the beautiful pond. We will definitely be back!

Overall good, but had some issues

Sandestin is a great resort overall. Check in was easy and the gate guards got us in quickly. This unit is so spacious. It was my husband and I, our two small children and grandparents. The unit has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The bedrooms are also large and each with its own bathroom. The master closet was large enough for a pack n play if you are traveling with an infant. The back patio is large and peaceful with a nice view of the pond. This particular unit is a less than 10 minute walk to Baytowne Wharf and a 2 min drive to the heated outdoor pool that was nice and clean. Now some of the issues with the unit. The most concerning was upon check in my husband immediately spotted half of a large pill in the floor right in front of the couch. We identified it as a sinus pill, but potent enough it would’ve definitely caused injury had our two year old ingested it. I immediately sent a message regarding this and no response. This brings me to the next issue I have messaged the owner/manager prior to our trip with a question and never received a reply. The beach at Sandestin was packed. Chairs were so close there was no social distancing going on due to the packed tight set up. There was also no room or option for any tent set up. We ended up driving every day to the public beach which was somewhat disappointing we couldn’t stay on the resort. Overall a good visit, but definitely an issue with the cleanliness of this unit as well as the lack of communication.

Great location in Baytowne Village

Great location to the marina which was important. The condo was a 8.5 on scale of 1-10 (10 the best). Furniture, beds very comfortable and roomy. The only negatives, there were several roaches for some reason and certain areas of the living space was not as clean as I would have liked.

Great family home

Everything was beautiful, so comfortable, safe, and plenty of room for our family to spread out. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. There was a broken lamp in green bedroom- but everything else was perfect. Beds were so comfy!

Destin beach vacation

Overall very nice. Several light bulbs out, could use more towels, but overall very nice. Sandestin resort needs to put out less umbrellas for rent. Very expensive and very few get rented.

Baytowne Wharf Fun

This was an excellent place to stay. We were within walking distance of Baytown Wharf. Our grandson had a blast there. There was plenty of good food and music. The beach was beautiful but very crowded. We went farther down to a less crowded beach and had a great time.
