This is my 3rd year at Embassy Suites in Miramar. My husband and I are from NC and we return because we love the hotel with their amenities. Along with the personable staff, cleanliness and the conveniences of the area. We will be back next year.

Super thin walls. Belching neighbors!
There noise from the neighboring room was so loud that we were unable to enjoy our stay. The walls are just very very thin. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the first floor lobby is very nice but the hotel overall needs some updating and maintenance. I would say rooms were clean and beds/pillows were comfortable but some fresh paint and updates in the common areas and in the rooms would be very much needed.

Wonderful staff but hotel needs work.
The staff was so very nice and accommodating. The rooms and grounds are in need of lots of maintenance and are tired. The walls were so thin we could hear the TV and lots of belching from the neighboring room. It was so bad that we had to check out and find another place to stay.

The property itself was good. The room was clean and linens were lovely. The biggest problem was lack of parking. We were sent to park behind a post office across the street. We could move our car after others had left. We had to walk to get the car across an unlit Street with broken pavement. My friend fell after tripping on this street, broke her nose and required stitches in her lip. 4 hours in an emergency room which the hotel staff could not tell us where it was located. This is not what you expect from a high quality hotel.

We always enjoy our stay at this property. We brought our son to celebrate his 13th birthday. He enjoyed the pool and was excited about the suite! Breakfast is always incredible!
