Almost 5 stars, but the golf cart was not available
The unit and property exceeded expectations. The property management was attentive and resposive. Access to the beach and pool is super convenient and accessible for everyone. We have vacationed regularly along the panhandle from Destin to Rosemary for nearly 20 years, but this was our first time staying at the Sandestin resort. I specifically selected the resort and unit so that our family could utilize the golf cart and enjoy all of the amenities the resort offers without using our car. On our way to the beach on Sunday, the property manager called to let me know the golf cart was not working. In a follow-up call on Monday, I learned that it needed new wiring and a battery because it was corroded. Because of resort rules, a replacement cart was not allowed. The repairs were completed on Thursday, and the cart made available late Thursday afternoon. We left Saturday morning, so we only had 1 day to use it. I do believe everyone - the property manager, owner, and repair shop - worked to repair it as quickly as possible. However, the rental agreement requires you to accept the cart as is, and the owner did not agree to make concessions.

Amazing Property!
Our first time here and had a great time. The condo is the best we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. View was breathtaking. Pool, beach, and grounds were great! Only issue was check in. My Vacation Haven does not allow early check in citing they are not able to override the door code system. Owners may want to look at that. We were there for a destination wedding (which was stunning). Multiple of us from flights or driving arrived early and offered to pay partial day to get in early and wasn’t allowed. Owners are loosing out on additional money. That being said My Vacation Haven did have the condo spotless with very nice boxes of of products for bathrooms and kitchen. Definitely would come back again and recommend. Just don’t show up early!

Vacation get-away
Great place to stay for vacation. Only had a couple of issues the last two mornings there because there was no water and had to call maintenance. The first morning it was corrected quickly but the morning we were leaving it took about an hour before it was fixed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family spot!
This property wasn't just amazing!, It was super convenient to everything! Literally on the beach, private walkway that leads from lobby to sand by way of ramp..not stairs! Which is a must when you have Grandma's and grandbabies. Also helps with beach carts and strollers/wagons. Private wash shower on ramp before returning to condo. Will definitely be returning!!

Great family vacation
This condo was very nice. Decor was nice and amenities great! Location was great to use the golf cart to go for dinners at Baytowne and taking morning drives. So easy with the kids. Only suggestion for condo is to check the kitchen supplies. No hot pads and in need of some coming needs like measuring cups and measuring spoons. Maybe add to the basic utensils for cooking needs

We were given the wrong code for the gate and the front door. There were lightbulbs burned out in the shower and mildew on the tile and around the sink drains . The living room furniture was pretty stained. Access to the beach and the view were great but the condo itself needs some TLC.

Perfect family vacation!
I am SO glad we rented this property! Condo is gorgeous and relatively soundproof. The golf cart being included was fantastic. We had best of both worlds with easy beach access but also easy access to shops/restaurants within Sandestin via the golf cart! Highly recommend this property!

Spring break 2021
We have been to Destin but never Sandestin and were pleasantly surprised. Having a golf cart was a must. So easy to get around and my kids loved it. The only thing that we would have liked that wasn’t there was a restaurant on property so we didn’t have to go down the beach. Otherwise it was awesome.

Wonderful location, beautiful views
Excellent location with easy access to beach and pool(s). The view of the ocean from the balcony and condo is breathtaking. Beautiful interior and very clean- condo was bigger than expected from the pictures. One complaint was that the king sized bed in the non-master had a saggy mattress or broken support beam. Otherwise, would have been 5 stars all around. Very nice place and great get-away!

Wonderful stay!
The property is clean and beautifully landscaped. The unit has gorgeous decor, is clean and spacious. The unit is located within close proximity to the beach, but is still very private. The balcony faces the beach and offers plenty of space. Having access to a golf cart to maneuver the property was so convenient. Check-in/check-out process was simple. We will definitely return!

The property was absolutely perfect! Very spacious and nice.
Unfortunate we were only there for 2 days of our trip due to Hurricane Michael. We had a mandatory evacuation and had to leave. The property was absolutely beautiful and the condo was exactly like the pictures. I loved that both king rooms had their own private bathrooms and the 3rd was also a full bath. We will definitely be using our refund to book again. We plan on coming back real soon!!

I have been bringing my family here for years. Two years in a row in this same unit; love it!
Unit is great overall. The new decor is nice and the outdoor furniture was a good update. Obviously I love it - I keep coming back!! Please let me know if it comes up for sale! Some things to consider looking into: -Check out is too early -Screen door needs repair -Master mattress needs replaced -Beach toys were few and we had to buy some more (left them for next guest) -Boogie board was broken (bought another one and left it for next guest) Just suggestions to make it better. Again we loved it and the kids want to come back!

This place was amazing in every way.
Our vacation was great. The unit was better then the pictures. We are a family with 4 kids and we had plenty of room and everyone loved it. The views was breathtaking. Pool and beach access was great as well. Sandestin is a amazing place with all the shops and restaurants at Baytowne which is in the community. We will be back for sure next year. I highly recommend this place to anybody

Great Memorial Day Trip 2018
This is a very nice unit. The fifth floor is about perfect in terms of having a nice view and being low enough to still enjoy watching the two pools below. The furniture is nice and the unit is clean.
