Mainsail Resort spans 15 acres of lush, tropically landscaped grounds and offers exceptional amenities. The South Pool Pavilion features a sparkling pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a wading pool for little ones, all surrounded by a spacious sun deck adorned with palms. A short walkway leads to the private beach. The resort’s north side includes another pool with grilling stations, perfect for family cookouts. Additional amenities include a fitness center with showers, dressing areas, and a sauna, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, basketball, shuffleboard, and an arcade game room for fun off the sand.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
NOTE: The Mainsail will be refurbishing the tennis courts beginning Monday, April 7, 2025; therefore, the courts will not be available all of May and June. Half of the courts should be completed by July 1, 2025. Sorry for the inconvenience.
