The Hyatt Place has been wonderful in our time of need when evacuating from our homes due to hurricane Milton. The property is beautiful, the staff kind and professional, and they managed to allow us to stay another day as we cannot return home where there is no power and a gas shortage. I would always stay and recommend a stay at Hyatt properties.

Beautiful room in a very nice hotel in a nice location of the panhandle (not tacky!) Excellent customer service as well. My only complaint is the exorbitant pet fee of $175 per stay. They were gracious enough to waive this for us, but that is far too expensive and we didn’t know about it when we booked on hotels.com. It should be listed on all booking websites considering that most hotels, in my experience, only charge $25-30 a night, or maybe $100 for longer stays.
