Surfside Resort is a Gulf Front residential condominium featuring its iconic ocean view port window and floor to ceiling sliders. This 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom condo offers one of the area's most outstanding views from every room in the unit. Enjoy each day of your stay on Surfside’s private beach in your own complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set from March 1 through November 1. Surfside also offers great on-site sport deck with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, Royal Palm Grille Restaurant (on-site), The Beach Bar, Event Venue, beauty salon and day spa. This 15th floor unit is full of upgrades and can sleep up to 6 people.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 55 “ smart TV. The adjoining en suite master bathroom has a newly renovated modern, walk-in shower with granite counter throughout and fixtures. You will also find large capacity, front loading washer and dryer.

The large fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated with new stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4 with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additional seating is in the adjacent dining room, which features a fabulous country style table that seats 6 with a family bench.

Surfside Condo Unit 1505 has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from its floor to ceiling windows providing an open floor plan concept. The recently renovated living area has a 65” smart TV and Streaming Blue Ray Player. The large balcony gives you views of beach as well as breathtaking sunrise views. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds and a 50” Smart TV with a DVD Player. There is an adjacent en suite bathroom to this guest room with a shower/tub combination and new granite counter tops and fixtures.

In total, this unit has a large capacity washer and dryer, 3 smart TV's with cable, complimentary 5G streaming capacity wireless internet, providing you with all the comforts of home. This unit is sure to be your home away from home on one of the most beautiful, pristine beaches of the world!

In addition, Surfside Resort offers its own on-site indoor and outdoor dining at the Royal Palm Grille Restaurant featuring a great selection of meat and seafood entrees, sandwiches, salads, sushi bar, and a children's menu. All meal selections can be eaten in the dining room, at the new outdoor dining deck overlooking the beach, at the sports bar located on our beach, or even take-out. The meals are wonderful and you never have to leave the building!

We absolutely loved our stay in 1505 at Surfside! The owners were so helpful and accommodating. The condo was just gorgeous with amazing views of the Gulf. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved the Surfside resort amenities, especially the Beach Bar and the Royal Palm Grille (great sushi and crab artichoke dip!). The Beach Bar is a great place to watch the sunset and they have a beach bonfire on Friday and Monday nights! So fun! We highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

The Perfect Getaway
This was the perfect beach vacation stay! Lisa and Jerry were amazing hosts, greeting us at the door and helping with our luggage. Lisa checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Our kitchen was stocked when we arrived after they offered to do a grocery run before we arrived. The condo is meticulously clean and had everything we could possibly need-even beach toys and boogie boards for the kids! The condo includes an umbrella and chair set up and you can’t top the view from the beach. We loved every minute at Miramar Beach!

Fantastic property and a great vacation!
My family and I were greeted the moment we arrived by Lisa and Jerry. They had a luggage cart ready and waiting to take us up to the condo and show us around. They told us all about nearby restaurants we could try and some fun activities for the life. The condo was perfect. So clean, the beds were comfortable and it had every thing you could possibly need. They even have toys and boogie boards for the kids. We went to the store on the second night and I had forgotten to check if the condo had a muffin pan. I texted Lisa and she thought that it did but said she would personally bring me one when we got back. They were such great hosts! Miramar Beach is beautiful and we will certainly be back and will stay right here in this amazing condo again.

Perfect stay
It was a perfect stay for a family vacation! Only wish parking code was more strictly enforced as several vehicles were allowed to park without parking passes and walk to the beach. Several handicap parking stalls were used by people who had no placard or plate. This did not give the people who were supposed to be allowed to park in the area a place to park. The room was perfect across from the beach and the swimming pool was a bonus to use daily! We never tried the restaurant so we can not say how that was.

Beautiful property....the view from the balcony will take your breath. It is our 40th wedding anniversary and Lisa and Jerry made us feel so welcome. Very personable and caring. They told us places and restaurants we should try and we're always available if we needed them. The condo is awesome, beach access easy to maneuver. We had the best time! The host greeted us when we arrived and they were so helpful with communication ahead of our stay. We appreciated helping us park and check in. The condo was perfect, beautiful and spacious for the four of us. We had a gorgeous view of the beach! It was convenient to walk down to the pool and beach, as well as the concert venue each night. Wow! The accommodations, views, and amenities were beyond our expectations. We even saw dolphins from the balcony! Lisa and Jerry are the kindest and most helpful hosts we have ever encountered. They have truly thought of everything and provide 5-star treatment from the moment you book, even greeting us at the door and bringing our luggage to the condo, showing us around, and providing great dinner suggestions and what to check out around town. We were a group of 4 (two couples) and by the first evening we were already looking for a time we could return and stay at Lisa and Jerry’s place again. Every single thing you may need, they have already thought of. I greatly appreciated that they provided laundry items so that we were able to arrive back home with all our clothes cleaned. They took the time to check in on us to see if we needed anything. The beautiful beach is directly across the street. It could not have been any more convenient, the condo comes with an umbrella and 2 chair setup in front of the beautiful turquoise water. Lisa and Jerry kindly provide you with beach towels, a cooler (and extra chairs and beach toys if needed) so need to pack any beach supplies other than sunscreen. We’re looking forward to booking with Lisa and Jerry again soon!

Great condo, great location!!!
I can not say enough about this condo. My husband and I took our daughter and three of her girlfriends for their senior spring break. Lisa and Jerry met us and helped us get to the condo with our millions of bags. They showed us around the condo and taught us how to use the TVs and get hooked to WIFI. They answered every question I had. The condo was fully stocked with everything a family would need. The condo was immaculate and renovated. My husband and I especially loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella. That was our favorite part of the day. I will book here again.

This property is everything you can hope for in a vacation property! The views are unbeatable and Lisa and Jerry are the best hosts we have EVER encountered in our vacation journeys. Lisa and Jerry were absolutely amazing! We have never had hosts meet us and help bring up our luggage and give us the ins and outs of where we were staying. This property was just perfect for our adult family vacation. Communication with the property owners was top notch. They take great pride in their unit and it shows.
