You will not find a more relaxing, beautifully appointed beach house in Avalon Estates! As our guest, you are invited to enjoy the Avalon Estates seasonally heated community swimming pool and the two pristine tennis courts. The private deeded Avalon beach access is a few steps away – just across Scenic Gulf Drive.

Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, this unique property features open and airy living spaces framing beautiful beach views. A few distinct interior features include two stone fireplaces, fourteen foot ceilings, expansive windows allowing ample natural sunlight, and a private courtyard, covered patio and swimming pool. The living area offers plenty of relaxing seating, a 60” flat panel HDTV, a half bath, and direct views of the private pool and beach. Indulge the chef in the group with our fully stocked gourmet kitchen and generous granite prep space.

Conveniently located downstairs is a delightful guest bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent full bathroom and closet. The upstairs master bedroom suite is a luxurious retreat. With a whitewashed cathedral ceiling atop a stacked stone fireplace and sitting area, the master bedroom offers a four poster king bed along with a wet bar and access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom is designed in clean white finishes, and features an oversize shower, a double basin vanity, and a jetted bathtub.

An additional upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs bunk-room is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed, and a separate full bed. Each bedroom features an adjacent full bathroom, and walk in closet space. For your convenience, there is a two-car garage, a full size laundry room, and WIFI is complimentary.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. If you wish to have the pool heated it is an additional $40/day (duration of the stay required) and must be scheduled at least 3 days prior to arrival day.

What A Place

The loacation and the wonderful house is great for a large goup. Close to shopping and places to eat (east walking). The managment team was great when some minor items needed to be corrected.

Thanksgiving stay

The location of the home was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We had an issue with the heated pool on Thanksgiving day. The management company was extremely responsive and it.was fixed with a couple of hours. The only issue was the door out to the pool. The door handle was a bit loose, the door was hard to shut and lock. It wasnt anything that impeded our enjoyment of the house.

Very nice host

Very nice goat check in and stay went very smoothly. Only drawback is it did not sleep 12. Other than that the pool was a lovely break from the beach. The family area inside was awesome. The parking was great. And the walk to the beach was a cinch.

Family gathering

We had a family gathering of 3 groups all meet here. The house is as described and the area is absolutely perfect for a beach side getaway. A couple things need tended to at the house as listed in other reviews but it didn't slow down our stay at all, just needs a bit more upkeep but I imagine it's a popular home given its location and price point. We were very comfortable, felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our vacation.

Beautiful home in a convenient location!

This a lovely home with a beautiful view! The street is directly in front of the home, but surprisingly wasn’t overly loud. The house was clean and had lots of space. I knocked off a star strictly because of the toiletries/supplies. Yes I read the pre-check in instructions and did not anticipate having all the supplies I needed, however, what was supplied was pitiful. There was 1 garbage bag and it was the worst quality I have ever seen (seriously, that’s the cheapest bag I’ve ever touched). There was exactly 1 dishwashing pod. The bathroom toiletries were also of poor quality, I feel like Super 8 would have had better shampoo. I’m not sure if this Beachblue issue or house keeping issue? But someone should go to the Dollar store and remedy this $20-30 immediately. I’ve stayed (via vrbo) in several homes as nice as this and some not as nice, but I’ve never encountered worse provisions than these. So until this is fixed, beware to bring your own trash bags, soap, dishwashing amenities, etc.

Not a bad place at all. Only complaint I have is, if you don’t offer daily maid services, at least provide dish soap, kitchen spray cleaner, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, you know- the basics- enough to last the duration of the stay.

Fantastic Property!

This was our family reunion trip (total of 10 family members) and accomodations were superb. From the property itself, location, staff and customer service, everything was a top notch. Good over all

Easy to book. We were sent easy directions to find and utilize the property There we’re a few things that didn’t work such as door knobs we’re broken, 🔥 fireplaces didn’t work and pool was not very warm for a heated pool. The trash was overloaded and a mess beside the building when we got there. The beauty and comfort of the place and cleanliness made up for the other little things. I would definitely rent it again,

Property was very nice. Lot’s of storage. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Directly across the street from the beach. Pool is small but grandkids loved it. Only negative a couple of the mattresses need replaced.

Miramar Beach House

We had a great family vacation that included 6 adults and 1 infant. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked well for feeding a large group. The walk to the beach was easy and we loved playing pickleball on the courts at the back of the neighborhood. Would definitely rent here again.

Annual Girls Get Away

We loved this location! The house is well appointed and the bedrooms/bathrooms were PERFECT for 8 ppl. The pool time was great- we wish we would have arranged to heat the pool - it was a little chilly. The location is superb - could not get better. The game and meal time around your large table was great. We needed an 8th chair so we brought one down from the upstairs bedroom. The reclining sections of the couch did always go back to regular couch mode. The wine fridge was perfect and we kept it stocked! Loved the fact you had extra chairs we could borrow for the beach. The upstairs bedroom balcony is just divine! We all had coffee up there to enjoy the view. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We have been friends for 20 plus years and our annual girls weekend is something we look forward to every year. We will be back!

Beautiful views and location, property needs some work

Beds were rock hard, ceiling fans and return registers very dirty, bathroom floor a mess, dirty counters/island and mirrors, home doesn’t cool well in master, master tv didn’t work all week long, patio furniture on master balcony busted, living room couch broken. Contacted management on day one and took calling again to get someone to speak with about it. Nothing done to resolve issues. For this kind of money the place should be pristine. Disappointing for sure. Perfect location and most beautiful beach anywhere but home needs to be maintained and cleaned much better.
