Great location

The hotel has a beautiful bar and wonderful restaurant. The views from the room were spectacular. Our room in the Schloss was huge even though we just got a standard double room. There was even a walk-in closet. The decor was very traditional and the bathroom was big but was done in an old fashion style with a long narrow bath with a shower attachment. More modern decor is in the outer buildings.They have an elevator so accessibility is good in the Schloss except for the restaurant where there are a few steps to go up. The reception desk staff were very friendly and could speak multiple languages. I could converse in English with them. The location is very convenient with free parking. It is a very easy walk over to the thermal baths in the Bad Ragaz resort. Walking to the town center took me about 5 minutes. The breakfast at the hotel which is included was terrific with many options to appeal to different nationalities. The restaurant in the evening was wonderful with an Indian buffet.

Wonderful, authentic, warm, friendly hotel in THE best, most charming section of ild town Chur. Restaurant was amazing! Loved it all!

Staff is super friendly easily access to bus stop, bus is free in switzerland and near to the train station

The place was very clean and in good shape. Although somewhat dated, it is maintained well. The breakfast was only fair.

Really nice decor, furnishings and ambience. Loved staying here. Attached to a decent shopping centre connected by aerobridge to cinema/restaurant centre with the best burger place for miles (Hans Im Gluck).
