Now Joe lives off-grid full-time and is sharing in the experience. Joe will be able to answer some of your questions or give you advice on the area and other natural wonders in the region including local Indian ruins, or a great place to swim, or go off-roading :)

Peaceful retreat! Great location!
Super-cute, clean teardrop trailer parked in the perfect location! Stayed dry and cozy when it rained. Great outdoor kitchen and clean outhouse/shower. Fun solar lighting. Even wifi! Also great location to drive to Recapture Reservoir, Moab, Arches National Park, or even Colorado! Interesting property to explore too. Even though the owner was out of town, he made sure to stay in contact and was readily available for any questions. I hope to stay again! My little dog loved it too! Thanks, Joe! We had a great time!

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
There’s several sites (trailers, tents) but the sites are not numbered nor have clear labels with their names, it makes it hard to find your designated site. The owner was unprofessional and unkind to my daughter therefore I left that night and booked a hotel in Moab instead. I’ve used Expedia for a long time and I was very disappointed to find such an establishment being promoted by this company. People of color should be warned not to stay here.
