Very good but room to improve

Beautiful place, with nice bar and bar staff, and beautiful restaurant. Food was good to very good. But, they did not bring out the humus 2 of us ordered, nor the shrimp ordered with my pasta. And the manager did not come to discuss this. Could have better service and managerial oversight. Also, room was great - except for the loud people above us, and very thin and squeaky floors. Get the top floor room!

Incredible experience from the concierge assistance for check in and dinner reservations through Bridget and Aadil, and the front desk who helped with literally anything we needed or had questions about. The entire staff, wait service, and chef made our dining experience one to remember (Chefs Table highly recommend to reserve for anyone looking for a unique and personable dinner with some interactions). They truly made you feel welcome and did the absolute best to ensure you had the best possible stay. Daksha was extremely accommodating and always checked on us or helped us whenever we crossed paths. We cant wait to go back.

Went for a family getaway with our 1.5 year old, everyone was so nice and the majority of the guests had really young children as well. The atmosphere was extremely family friendly with lots of activities planned for the weekend we were staying (s’mores, movie night, etc). The heated indoor pool was fantastic, the marketplace had food and drinks we all liked, the restaurant had such good options (we loved the pizza!) and the crib provided by the hotel was a real crib which was so nice. The hotel itself is gorgeous, everything felt very upscale and the interior design made the whole place feel really special. I loved the Aesop products in the bathrooms around the property and in our room. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, helping with bags and interacting with our son. We can’t wait to come back in the warmer months and enjoy all of the outdoor activities to their fullest!

We loved our quick getaway for spring break. The indoor heated pool was a win for our 2 girls. The pool staff was professional (brought us towels, opened and held the door for us). The hotel is beautiful with lots of little hangout areas. Our girls loved exploring the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the decor, the bathroom and the balcony. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back! Only suggestion is to add a vending machine somewhere so the kids can grab a snack.

When we checked out there was a "kid" at the pool who was I suppose looking after the area. It was raining and I was going to put my bags by the door. Before I knew it David came running up and asked if he could help me. This is a lesson in customer service. It's people like David and your other employees that make this such a great place to stay. Staff service was excellent. We went on the off-season and it was perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet. Not all the amenities will be open, but there will be less people. The in-resort restaurant dinner is top notch. Again, I just have to mention that all the staff were very professional and accommodating.
