The property was in poor condition with a Jacuzzi that was empty (in the middle of summer) and our rooms that lacked towels upon arrival. The room cleaned on the surface but had stains on some of the bed sheets and the tub was poorly cleaned. Additionally, the room were in poor condition as was much of the hotel. We checked out after 1 night and chose a different hotel.

NEEDS IMMEDIATE REFURBISHING!!! First, the positive: it was a great location if you like being close to the beach. HOWEVER, the property is totally run down and outdated. I reserved for two nights and left a day early for another hotel without even letting the front desk know. The sheets were soiled, the bathroom was dark and old, and the amenities were very sparse. They clean every third day, which is unthinkable in August 2024. The hotel is in a great part of town, but you get what you pay for! NOT FOR ME; NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!!

Stay away.
I've stayed in well over 500 hotels and this is the worst hotel I've ever been to. If at all possible, do not stay here. The pictures are not at all representative of the reality of the place. I paid an average of $375/night for absolute garbage accommodations. - The pool is closed by the order of the local authorities which is a pretty good clue that the place is crap. - Multiple people that had rooms there when I did had to request towels after they checked in. - The hot water in the shower consistently varied from scalding to freezing. I could actually hear the hot water stop flowing to the shower for approximately a minute and then it turned back on. - The towel rack literally broke off the wall when I hung my towel on it. - The air conditioner is loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night when it turns on (I am not a light sleeper). - When I requested a hair dryer to be brought to the room, the front desk agent wrote my room number on her hand and said one would be brought up. Shockingly, that didn't happen. - Upon requesting a hair dryer again, I was told to find the maids and ask them for one. I couldn't find them and gave up. It's a terrible place.

Upon check in into the room. Opened the door, immediately had a strong odor of clorox. We did not have any towels. I went to the front desk and he was nice and gave me a set. The shower tub was dirty. The shower water temperature fluctuated constantly from hot to cold. Walking to the breakfast area, found a used hyperdermic needle on the walk path. Needle exposed, blood visible within the syringe. This is my experience. I expect better for $450 per night. Breakfast was okay. Biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, breads/muffins, some fruit.

Worst hotel in the world, does not deserve to be open, don’t mean for people to lose their jobs, not clean at all in anyway management is horrible, staff is unprofessional . I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this horrible place.

I was very upset and disappointed in my stay. There were no towels upon checking in, the view is not ocean front. There was hair in my bed, which I had to purchase a blanket to use, the knob on the AC was broken, the chair in my room was ripped and too big for the room, which took up so much space. The hot tub was empty. Breakfast was the best thing there. I would not recommend staying there and unfortunately won’t ever return. I hope this place gets better.

Don’t waste your money!
Room was tiny. Floor was dirty. Exterior/interior in terrible condition w sloppy upkeep. Shower drained slow, no phone in room, 1 bath towel, no blow dryer, fridge didn’t work, garbage can and circling flies 3 feet from door. Noise awful from inside the room could hear a compressor running off and on all night.

We stayed 1 night during Concours de Elegance where hotel prices are quadrupled. I tried calling in the morning for an early check-in. I called 5 times starting at 8:50 and until 11:53, no one answered. We arrived and I waited about 5 minutes and started looking for an employee who found the clerk. He said rooms wouldn't be available until after 2:30. We returned late afternoon and relieved to find someone was at the front desk to check us in. That evening when I pulled back the bed covers I found debris and hair. I went to the front desk and told him the bed was not clean. He said that housekeeping has left and the hotel was booked so we couldn't switch rooms. I asked for a set of clean sheets. When making the bed, one of the sheets had big stained spots. When I went back to get a missing bath mat I showed the desk clerk the photo of the stained sheet. He said that the sheets have been laundered but the stains can't be removed. The shower curtain was torn in 2 places. The body wash and shampoo dispenser were missing, only the conditioner was on the wall. It was impossible to regulate the shower water temperature. It was either extremely hot or extremely cold. The next morning there was a long bug in my tooth brush container and saw another long hair on the ironing board. I was given a 10% discount for my troubles.

The hotel was not clean at all and the room was too tight. AC was loud. Shower was difficult to operate. Lighting was poor and lastly, the parking was terrible.

Pictures are very misleading. The property was very dirty and so were the rooms. Moldy shower, peeling concave ceiling in the shower. I asked for towels and was told I had to go get them from the front desk, where it took about 10 minutes to get. No elevators, which was a hassle for 2 women to carry luggage up a large flight of stairs. I would not recommend at all!!
