Hotel was run down, with peeling wallpaper, clogged drains that maintenence didn't resolve, broken elevator, and warped flooring in the rooms.

The room was run down, and the air conditioner was completely covered with black mould. I called and asked the staff for parking instructions, but she just told me to go to the front of the hotel. Turns out I was already in front of the designated parking lot when I made the call, but her instructions made me take an extra time to navigate around to the hotel, only to drive back to my original spot. So unnecessary

The elevator was broken so we had to walk up quite a lot of stairs. Parking is confusing but close to the hotel and secure. The room was small.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, no complaints. Nice that the hotel is located near the Metro station. Was in perfect location for me as there were a few shops I wanted to get to in St. Denis area.

Very affordable, clean, comfortable and so close to Old Montreal. Evening security staff at font counter did not speak English or even want to put in any effort. Rest of the staff where excellent.

The property is old but clean. The reception especially Jean were very helpful. Convenient location. The room we had was quite. Will stay there again if we go to Montreal again in the future.

Very happy with hotel and location
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable walking around the area and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the old port area. The hotel was clean and very quiet.
