The accessibility of the location was great, the price point was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We were very pleased. One word of consideration is that we stayed on the 2nd floor directly above the laundry room. They do laundry at night and the machines were very loud. Otherwise, we were really pleased with our stay.

We’d had stayed at this facility in the past and loved it! However, this experience was horrible! They did not clean the rooms daily! They said we should have told them we wanted them cleaned!! They did not provide fresh towels or collect the trash! Again, we had to go get our own linens and get up our own trash! Also, my 87 year old momma fell in the slick tiled bathroom floor the last night we were there! We could not get into the bathroom to help her because of the way the door opened! She managed to get up and has had to see dr since we came home!! She has severely bruised her ribs! The staff the final night was rude, ugly and didn’t care about the things we needed! We should be refunded for what we went through! My momma is still in a lot of pain! The dr says she fortunate it wasn’t a lot worse! I want a response back! Your sight we love but you need to know that no one would should have to put up with what we did!

Property was easy to access and plenty of parking. Only downfall was it is in need of some updating. Fridge was unsteady (not a big deal) and carpet needs replacing. Otherwise it was a nice motel for a stop over to Mount Airy

Nice quiet rooms.
The rooms were very clean and nicely kept. The only thing is if you like a hard bed that's good because the beds were a little hard but other than that I stay was great.

The beds were very comfortable and 4 pillows per bed (fluffy ones even!). Room was very clean and pretty spacious. Breakfast was complementary and had a waffle maker, hot biscuits ans gravy, and hard boiled eggs. They also had some muffins/bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice and apples. Overall a pretty nice spread for a free Breakfast. Front desk staff was also nice. Would definitely stay here again
