when I entered My room the bed was unmade and pillows were disheveled. there was a used blanket and towel just laying in the living area of the suite. the room smelled as if someone had just showered and left in a hurry. im unsure if the room had been properly turned over for a new guest coming in to stay. I will not be returning to this location in the future

The property itself was amazing great accommodations, highly recommend however the front desk staff this younger female to be specific. I won’t mention her name for privacy Was absolutely horrific to deal with. She was verbally, aggressive, forceful, threatening, and Hands down, absolutely representing this place of business with terrible behavior. She should be ashamed of herself in the way she behave to guest, but also the Hyatt should put more attention into how their employees behave and handle people who are staying retraining is necessary.

Good Stay as Usual
Good visit, good breakfast each day. We had all the towels and etc we needed. Place was clean. Quiet as much as can be expected for a hotel. Enjoyed being on the end. Good parking. We often stay here it is our favorite place around and it is pet friendly.

The room was great offering the two bedrooms so my son and I each had our own room. Not having an elevator could be a problem for elderly or handicapped if not on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again!

Unbelievable. Hotel was overbooked for a soccer tournament weekend. The hotel cancelled our reservation late in the afternoon and claimed it was due to an invalid credit card. Odd because the same exact explanations was given to another family. Now we have two families stranded living hours away. Horrible business practice and zero support finding a new hotel that isn't $400 a night or an hour away.

The property charges a 250 deposit and lied and said they’ve updated third parties no they didn’t it was a recent change that had not been communicated! The front desk clerk was rude and if I wasn’t out of town I would’ve canceled the reservation!
