We were very tired after driving 8+ hours. Check in was a little confusing when they asked for a cc for incidentals. I inserted my card and the total came up. Quickly removed it, and asked for incidentals only? Counter person said yes but it also verifies your cc payment. Normally I use my debit for incidentals, then pay with my cc. The counter person had no way of knowing this so it was ok and we got it straightened out. Our stay was fine.

My stay at Hampton Inn was lovely. The property is well kept andI was able to park very close to my room. My room was clean, the king size bed was super comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Great water pressure and no leaks all over the floor! Breakfast was delicious with a good variety for all tastes. It was also convenient to shopping and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again next time I come.

Hotel needs updating. Carpets look dirty, elevator sounded like it was going to fall off the cable and it was unkept. Too many dogs! Noisy! Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Won’t be back.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend

This hotel is exceptionally clean and pleasant. The staff even sent me a text to check if everything was okay during my stay, which was a thoughtful touch. The facilitators were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding—delicious and varied. The price was excellent for the quality provided. Next time I visit, I won’t bother looking for another place—I’ll just come straight back here!

I don’t back

I arrived a little early because I had a business meeting, and the woman at the front desk first told me the room wasn't ready! The hotel was empty. Then she told me it was ready, but I had to pay an extra $30 for checking in 50 minutes early. Terrible attitude or courtesy to the customer. She was very rude. She's bringing the Hampton down with her poor service.
