The property had towels and linens but they were all old and full of stains and holes. They have an option to pay for breakfast but save yourself the headache and money. They bring it to your room and there is no buffet. They ask you what time you want it and then never remember to bring it and you have to call and ask for it and then it takes another 30 minutes. Also the quality is poor and there are many restaurants close by where you can grab a quick meal for 600 baisa instead of the 2 riyals you pay for nothing. The website states English breakfast but that is not what you receive. You sometimes get a boiled egg, a muffin, orange, apple, bread that sometimes is accompanied by cheese or jelly and then Nescafé and juice. One morning all we got was the muffins and bread with coffee and juice. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. The biggest problem is when I showed up to check in and was told they didn’t have a record of my reservation. I showed them my Expedia confirmation and they gave me a room but it was wrong and I had to go back down and request the room I paid for. They moved me to the correct room but it hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t ready for a guest. I contacted Expedia and everything was confirmed and ok but it is stressful to arrive after traveling and be told there is no record of your reservation. Overall I would recommend avoiding this hotel.
