The floors were dirty and sticky and the bathroom door had black mold on it and dogs barked all night and day. The Kitchen cupboards were sticky and dirty. We had to go to the lobby to get clean towels when needed

Hi, we enjoyed the view, property, etc. Not sure why the floor would become "wet". At first, we thought it was too much chemical from the cleaning crew, but it may have to do more with the type of flooring and the AC unit. The flooring was "wet" the entire time we stayed. It was not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of :-)

Fabulous vacation

I was very impressed by the room,the view, and amenities offered on this property. The only down side was the keycards for the door. They seemed to open door only one time! We had to continually get new cards. Other than that, I would recommend this property to everyone.

Great stay!

The property was as listed in a nice building. Lots of amenities. We will return. The only complaint we had was the smell of weed coming from balconies around us- but the hotel can’t control that. We will definitely recommend and use again!

Awesome location, mediocre lodging

I am not hard to please so this worked for myself and my girlfriend. However, the cleanliness could have been much better. Towel service was simple. Great view, simple access via Uber or walk to most attractions. It’s hard to get over a cleanliness factor when booking rooms you expect that to be of upmost importance. Just advising to look into this matter for future vacationers! Overall 4.7/5!

If you just want to shower and get out on the town this is your place!!!! Although there was a fully stocked kitchen (utensils) I didn’t find it comfortable enough to eat in.

When we entered our room the floor was damp due to the humidity in the room, the room wasn't wiped down well there were streaks everywhere. I tried to dry the floor with some towels and when I was done the towels were black!! By the the time we were ready for bed there was sand in the bed and the pillows were so uncomfortable. The room was NOT what I imagined. It did have a Nice view of the ocean and the free movie rentals was a nice perk.

Lots of noise. Building a bit old. Noise from pets, kids, AC, and building. Nice view of the beach and water. Smoke free environment, but definitely smokers in the building. 3 stars for the location and view. Needs remodeling.

nice stay with usual idiosyncrasies

Overall, the property was very nice (great pools and hot tubs and a nice area for laying out in the sun). The bathroom in our unit was extremely small (can't fit 2 people in there). The microwave sounded like it was taking off to outerspace, the frig and the 'heater'/air unit were pretty loud. The popcorn ceiling was flaking and falling down all week onto our belongings and end tables, desk, etc. The keys consistently were very sensitive and kept erasing magnetic access to room. otherwise, pleasant stay in the birds eye view unit.

Absolutely horrible experience!! Do not stay here!! The popcorn ceilings were flaking off onto or heads all night in bed and also all over our suitcases and clothing. We contacted the front desk and were told the ceiling wasn’t falling so we were ok. We stayed 1 night because we didn’t have another choice and left the next morning, cutting our trip short by a day! I have asked for a refund and got nothing!! The remote for the tv didn’t work. There were drunk people and shady clientele everywhere! The room did not look like the pictures and neither did the lobby! Worst experience at an accommodation in our lives!!!

The room needs updating and better cleaning standards. Although it was only one, a bug was killed on the stove, the box springs of the beds were filthy, the vanity in the bathroom needs painting, and the BBC plumbing throughout the room was terrible (shower, kitchen sink).

Great place for us for a mini vacay. Room was as advertised. The amenities (pool and hot tubs) need renovation as plaster is stained and very rough on your feet. Starbucks in the lobby is always a plus. Work out facility is also in need of update. Equipment is old, rusty and missing some elements.

Just ok

The room was clean. The first night I was freezing. It was 60° out, but not cold. The beds only had very thin sheet like blankets. I turned the heat on, but that did not warm up the room. The maintenance guy had to come reset it the next day and we were brought blankets, but only after I asked twice. The next morning we woke up and the desk that was clean the night before now had plaster on it from the ceiling. We were told that was normal. Although the place was nice, I'm not sure I would stay there again.
