Comfortable resort room with all the necessary amenities. We had 4 adults and one 10 year old child. Location is perfect for walking to the beach and the downtown area.

When you pull up to the building it looks like your typical older beach hotel. The check in process was easy, and they allowed my daughter, who arrived before me as the booking party, to check in without me which was a plus. Parking was nice we were able to park on the level we were staying on which meant unpacking and packing was a breeze. The room was dated and there was some wear and tear, but we were only in the room for sleeping and changing to go out for the day/night. Other than that it was clean and no smells Only real complaint is that there werent sheets/bedding items for the sleeper sofa and the mattress on that was uncomfortable. The room came with laundry detergent provided, no fabric softner or dryer sheets so bring your own on that. Dish soap as well as dish washer detergent was provided. The pool, hot tub and lazy river were favorites. Securtiy walked the area felt very secure. We would stay again...

I really enjoyed my stay here at Camelot by the Sea. Check in was easy and the view from the balcony was beautiful. I liked the fact that the parking deck was connected to the hotel, most hotel parking deck is across the street. The only problem is the parking deck is very tight! Twice we almost hit someone head on. Sometimes you cant see around the curve when a car is coming even with the mirrors they have up, so please drive very slow. Other then we really enjoyed our stay.

Paying For Convenience

Let’s be clear. If you are expecting a 3-4 Star resort at these prices you will be disappointed. My wife and I have stayed here before and came back because it is ocean front at reasonable price, like being able to park in a parking deck on same floor as condo, and really convenient to a lot of attractions/restaurants we frequent. The condo is what it is but bed is really comfortable and walls are well insulated. As most rentable condos in this area it could do with a bit of a refresher. Walls are marked up and some of the tiles are coming off. But served our purpose and we had a great time.

Overall experience was good and basically clean, however I was disappointed at the dated appearance of the room. The photos show the room in brand new condition and it was definitely not new. Some bifold closet doors were broken and the tub had been patched in master bath. The pools were refreshing and clean but there most definitely needs to be an adults only pool on the property.

The only bad things were the kids running around the parking garage, the toilet was VERY aloud and the people above us were loud. Other then that it was a nice stay and I would go back.

Location was great, parking was easy, we needed two separate bedrooms as we traveled with kids. Property was clean. The only thing we didn't like was mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable, everyone (party of 4) complained how unrested they felt in the morning

I honestly expected better for the money

The pros: nice view and good water pressure. The cons: needed to be painted. Lots of spackle on walls. Dirty baseboards and chair backs. Some furniture stains. Front bedroom on garage side needed blinds. Too much light with just curtains. Also same bedroom had noisy pipes woke me several times with high pitched noises like someone stepped on a dogs tail.

Great Location and Amenities

This was a nice room in a nice resort with a view of the Atlantic! Water amentities like hot tubs, pools and a lazy river. It was mere steps to the beach, and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Plus there's a Dunkin Donuts on the property!
