The staff here was very kind and helpful everything was ether with in walking distance or with in a 5min drive. I came here for the marine corps ball and was glad to find an affordable hotel that was with in reasonable distance to the venue. I will definitely be stay here again next time I go to Myrtle Beach

The lobby and rooms were clean, smelled like bleach and cleaner. There was a roach problem though. Found 3 little roaches in our room in different locations. Told the front desk at checkout, but they didn't seem to care.

I arrived in town for business at 2:00 pm and attempted to checkin and was told I could not checkin until 4:00 unless I wanted to pay $25 which is totally unacceptable when the hotel had very few guest that day. Once I came back and checked in I went to room and the key didn’t work so went back downstairs to get key reprogrammed and it then worked. Once I got in room the moisture in the room had to be 100% humidity with the floors and linens wet. Went back down stairs again and was told someone must have left sliding door opened which caused the humidity. I was given another room and went to move my stuff to new room on a different floor and once I tried to get in new room the key once again did not work. Went back downstairs to tell them so the guy at desk came up with me to check and the battery was dead so once again he had to switch the room again. So six trips down stairs I finally got in my new room and found the same humidity problem as the first room. My suggestion to any one is to not use this hotel!!!!

The attention from the staff was outstanding!! In the room, the extra safety lock for the door was missing. The bathroom door lock didn't work. The TV line-up didn't have any of the four major networks available, you had to be a subscriber to one of the servers provided - Fubo, Hulu, etc. I'm old school, I don't subscribe to anything. I just wish it was easier to watch basic TV. Thank you!! Again, the staff were perfect!

Booked an extra night on a whim, but couldn't stay in the same place we'd already spent 3 nights so I found this place for a great price. I would've given them 5 stars across the board had I been notified ahead of time that I also had to pay a 150$ deposit per romm (had 2). I happily paid the 300$ totally refundable deposit but I would've still liked to have known ahead of time. The lady at the desk was fantastic about it though.. Will probably stay there agim if there's ever a return trip.

The front desk staff was amazing, the property was clean and located near the beach, restaurants and the action. Surprising quiet, being so close to the strip.
