Special kudos to the woman who takes care of the breakfast room (on W and F 11/14 and 11/16). She does a wonderful job and goes out of her way to welcome guests!

The best thing about this property was the friendliness of the employees. Everyone that we encountered at the front desk was incredibly friendly, if it weren’t for them, this review wouldn’t be balanced. The room was questionable and we contemplated leaving. The sheets, all the way down to the mattress pads had rips and stains. It was obvious that everything had been washed, but the point of white bedding is to toss it once it no longer looks nice and fresh. No one wants to go to a public location and see rips and stains on items for public use. There was lotion that looked like it had been squirted on the window curtain. The bathroom was out of body wash in the dispenser. The bedroom carpet also needs a good deep clean.

We've stayed at this Best Western 4 or 5 times over the past few years. It has a nice "vibe", is very clean and the staff is friendly. In particular we'd like to salute the Breakfast Lady who does such a great job hosting the continental breakfast which is a cut above the rest. We hope to be back next summer.

Would not stay again.
We reserved two rooms. One of them had no bedding on either bed. The next room we were given was on another floor and had NO trash cans. The attached body wash dispenser did not work in either room. The breakfast was phenomenal. The beds were comfortable and it was a good location.

Hotel was clean, and quiet despite being on a main road. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Cynthia in catering who kept us all fed and calm during the tornado warnings.

Good location to golf courses. In our bathroom was a 3 inch dead cockroach as soon as we walked in. House cleaning never came into make the beds, only emptied the trash can, so we put the privacy sign up after that.
