Nice one night stay
Staff was friendly, clean rooms. Pool was okay but not heated, didn’t open until 11 check out is 12. Breakfast not included, however was a nice place. Would go back.

First room had hair and fur on the beds, and on the floor, asked to switch rooms and it was better. Had pool and hot tub, but the chlorine smell was too much and made it a little hard to breathe.

We got there around 930pm, they gave our room away. We always book at bedroom suite. When we checked in, we asked and the man told us yes. We got all our stuff out and our kids out to realize they had put us in a studio. When I told the man about it, he told me it was our 3rd party wrong doing, which wasn’t true I had all the conformation info in my email. Then moved us to a double bed studio, where there was no trash bags in the trash cans, it was filthy and we watched and killed 2 roaches that came out from behind a mirror hanging on the wall. At 1am we repacked our things in our car and left asap the next morning with no sleep. The place looks NOTHING like the advertised pictures either. I never leave these type reviews. Luckily we did book through a 3rd party and they relocated us the next day without a problem.

We had a room with a balcony and the sliding glass door was dirty inside and out and the balcony had cigarette out there other than that it was really nice room the bed felt really good bathroom was nice and roomy just a little more tidying up will definitely go back

No coffee available except expensive Starbucks coffee and only when the expensive Bistro was opened. No free breakfast offered...you have to dine at the expensive Bistro. Reservation "specialist" named Jay was very rude to me and didnt have a clue what he was doing. However, the staff at the Hotel was very kind. My room was nice also.

Hotel lobby was very warm and inviting. Room was clean. Disappointed that there was no body wash left in the bottle from the previous occupants. Also, no trash can liners in the trash cans.
