We initially checked in and room had a moldy/mildew smell. We let the hotel know & housekeeping came to spray. That lasted about 10-15minutes & the moldy/mildew smell was back. The hotel then moved us to the north tower on the 4th floor and the room was AMAZING! Very clean smelled clean. We were enjoying until our final 2 days of our stay we were without HOT WATER! We told the front desk & initially we were told its because everyone is running water at the same time. Then we were told it was because the storm damaged the boiler but maintenance was working on it & they will call us back shortly. The call never came & we completed our last 2 DAYS with NO HOT WATER! Nothing was done for the inconvenience. Not a horrible property but communication definitely lacks

We love the easy beachfront access and pools, as well as the clean, updated rooms at Grande Cayman Resort. We've always stayed in a 3-bedroom oceanfront condo with no issues. Parking is tight for larger SUVs, trucks, and vans though.

They first put me in a room i didn't request where i had an Major issue with the room and the fact my privacy was awful people from the streets can look directly in my room move me to a partial ocean front that had mold and mildew smell that was making me sick i had to buy air freshner and sleep with the balcony for open for the air it was awful that was my favorite location but never again

We enjoyed our stay at Grande Cayman! Dining staff was great & went the extra mile. I felt safe while we were staying there which was huge for me. All the staff were friendly as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the place is decent, nice stuff. Great property location for guest with family, not too packed. Only issue I had was the room. I booked a suite with one room, King size bed and got a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. When I requested my original booking because I'm by myself, I was giving room with 1 room with 2 beds.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had were the cars at night revving their motors and blowing horns on the parking deck. The rooms wrap around the parking deck and it was very noisy.

I've stayed here 3 to 4 days the first room the tub and sink would not let water go out i couldn't cut the heat on without the fire alarm going off when I'm anemic and the fact i have lupus and the cold air bothers me second room the same way furniture is ripped rusted and old refrigerator the same this use to be one of my favorite locations but I'll never book for the price I'm paying i could have been at a more nicer location with no problems I'm very disappointed in the past few days of staying here even told the front desk nothing was done never again I'm really pissed off
