Everyone at the hotel, so kind and very helpful able to check in early which was a plus Connie was very friendly and her new trainee was also wonderful. Staff provided the breakfast also very friendly and everything was very clean and organized and well stocked.

Good location. Clean. Free food always good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Make sure you go to the right one, there are 3, we went to the wrong location first. However the entire hotel smelled like Hawaiian air freshener. And not in a pleasant way. Like a covering up a smell amount of air freshener. Even the stairwells, which I hoped I could avoid the smell in. If you're sensitive to smells like my partner, this might be an issue for you as it was for us.

The staff was so nice. My room was amazing, the bed was the most comfortable. This property will be my number 1 choice in the future. My only minor complaint was the WIFI, the connection wasn't that great. I travel with my Roku and couldn't watch any movies due to bad connection.

A little below average...
The location is GREAT however when we arrived after 9PM there were some questionable people lingering in the parking lot. Left me with an uneasy feeling. The smell of the property was "old" and uninviting. The hallway had the same smell and the appearance of the property was worn. Although the room as clean, we still slept with our long sleeved pajamas on. It surved the purpose of a good night's sleep but the property could use an update or refresh. On a good note, the staff was very friendly and professional.

My sheets were not change because there were hair all over the bed, call front desk she was very generous about it. She Moved me to another room but that was a mistake also so because the heater did not work and floor had a refrigerator leak! But I was tired and it was late so I did not even bother They need to refund me!

I was very impressed with the two women at check in. Extremely polite, knowledgeable. The rest of the staff were excellent 👍 Room was clean, plenty of towels. I would highly recommend staying there and I'm sure I will again.
